– Capoeira initiations and lessons, and capoeira music lessons: introduction / discovery with graduada Boca de Ouro and individual courses or workshop with Capoeira Brazil Instrutor Chocolate. Possibility to go and participate to local capoeira events
– Fitness classes with certified instructor (body-scult, cardio training, abdominal and low body conditionning, stretching, specific stretching for kiters ….)
– Samba courses! Useful to perform on the local dance floor
– On request Hiphop and Dance Hall classes
